Because lead data is processed on behalf of event organizers and collected directly by exhibitors, data access, correction, or deletion requests should generally be directed to the event organizer or the specific exhibitor who scanned your badge.

2. Device Permissions
To provide lead retrieval functionality, the App requests access to specific device features:
- Camera: Required solely to scan QR codes on attendee badges. The camera is not used for capturing photos, videos, or continuous recording.
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To Provide Service: Enabling Exhibitor Users to capture, view, and export lead data collected during an event.
- To Maintain App Stability: Monitoring system health, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving application errors using third-party error monitoring tools (Sentry).
- Account Management: Verifying exhibitor credentials and event authorization.
- Exhibitor Access: Scanned lead data is stored securely in our cloud infrastructure. Authorized Exhibitor Users can view and download their collected scans at any time. We do not automatically sync or transmit lead data to external CRMs or third parties.
- Event Organizers: Lead data captured through the App is associated with the overarching event managed by the respective event organizer.
- Third-Party Service Providers: We utilize Sentry for crash reporting and error diagnostics. Sentry may receive technical metadata (such as device type, OS version, and error logs) to help us maintain software stability.

For individuals located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or Canada:
- Consent: Badge holders provide consent during event registration and/or by voluntarily presenting their badge to an exhibitor to be scanned.
- Contractual Necessity: Processing exhibitor data is necessary to fulfill our service obligations to event organizers and exhibitors.
